With the app, those entitled to benefits in the Free State of Bavaria can submit receipts digitally to the appropriate assistance office. For the documentation, you can simply take photos of receipts with the app or upload them as PDF files. Please note the processing instructions! The receipts are stored encrypted in the app and then transmitted encrypted. Once the application is received by the State Office for Finance, you will receive a status message "submission successful" on your app.

IMPORTANT: The app can only be activated if you are registered on the Bavarian Employee Service portal! (You can find information on this on the app's Help page).

SIGN-UP AND REGISTRATION
Activation of the app is a prerequisite for use as part of a registration process. The following steps are necessary:
1) Entry of employee number and date of birth
2) Setting a password
3) Completion of registration by entering an activation code. The activation code is displayed in the "Bavarian Employee Service" portal under "BeihilfeOnline". It can be scanned via the app or entered manually. After activation, you can use the app.
